Testimonials

Jonathan visited school on several occasions to talk about his work with street children; both assemblies and lessons were interesting and age appropriate. He inspired our Y6 children to find out more about this Christian charity and to raise funds to support the work too. Through the letters and photographs received from the boys in Uganda the children also developed a greater understanding of the levels of poverty and gave them a real appreciation of how lucky they are to live in this country.

Sue Mellor, Headteacher at Aston All Saints Church of England Primary School

I have been amazed at the enterprise skills and social awareness that the children have developed since starting the project and all from a Christian standpoint too! The project has really taught our children not to make money for its own sake, but instead that they can use their talents to make a real difference in the world that they live in. This whole venture has been brilliantly crafted by Jonathan Buckley who is himself an excellent role model for children and a great facilitator of learning. I would totally recommend the project to any school that wants to develop social enterprise.

It has been really useful to hear about other youth work settings and also Mike and Jon have been really supportive course leaders.
